This self-defense class for older adults introduces techniques, moves, and weapons – everyday items you can use to protect yourself. You’ll learn to use your cell phones as a weapon and some cane self-defense that transforms a common mobility aid into an effective tool for security. All you need is a general awareness of your surroundings and some basic moves.

I had the pleasure of teaching a self-defense and situational awareness class at @FirstBaptistChurchofLinesville, and what a wonderful experience it was! We had a fantastic group of participants, all eager to learn how to protect themselves and enhance their personal safety.

What an incredible trip away with some amazing friends! 💖 Our girls' trip was just what I needed to kick off 2025 with joy and renewal. Spending time with such wonderful souls not only warmed my heart but also strengthened my walk with God.
I'm reminded how the joy of the Lord is truly my strength, and with His support, I can face anything life brings my way. This trip was a beautiful reminder of the strength and resilience we all share as warriors in faith.
