The class was a great success, and I had the opportunity to demonstrate various safety products, including pepper sprays, stun guns, and "Hear a Pin Drop" alarms. Participants found the session valuable and chose to purchase these items, appreciating the added security they provide.

Embark on an exciting journey with Susie Delo of You Matter LLC, a certified instructor and black belt in Krav Maga, at the YMCA! Our Children’s Situational Awareness & Self-Defense class is filled with fun games and activities that introduce kids to the basics of staying safe and confident.
While we can’t guarantee they’ll know exactly what to do in every situation, we’ll focus on increasing awareness, exploring different scenarios, and practicing simple, effective moves to help protect themselves.
